WHAT IS GREEN TEA

Green tea is made from unfermented leaves and is pale in colour it is slightly bitter in flavour and its produced, mainly in China and Japan.

THE BENEFITS OF GREEN TEA

Green tea has many nutrients and anti-oxidants present especially Vitamin B (Panthenol).  It is good for controlling split ends, it helps to soften your hair and it hs great strengthening properties like theanine, which is a unique amino acid that works hand in hand with Panthenol to strengthen hair roots known as the follicle. You can easily absorb Vitamin B through drinking it or apply it as a hair rinse directly to your hair.

EGCG known as (epigallocatechin gallate) is a powder compound that benefits our health by reducing inflammation, weight loss and prevent chronic diseases.  This plant is found in Green Tea.  This plant helps in promoting hair growth when it is applied directly to the roots.  The anti-inflammatory properties help in preventing hair loss and promotes regeneration of new hair, it helps to tackle dandruff as well.

HOW TO USE GREEN TEA IN YOUR HAIR FOR HAIR GROWTH

The best way to get the best effect from using Green Tea for hair growth is to use it as a hair rinse. You can make the tea like you would do to drink it, create the amount needed to rinse your hair, I would suggest three bags to half a litre of water and allow the mix to cool down.

Apply the rinse to already cleansed hair and focus it to the roots of your hair. Leave the rinse in for 10 minutes, then rinse off.  You create a mix in your spray bottle using any leftover tea to spray on your hair for additional shine.  You can do this method for twice a week for a couple of months, this will help to fight dandruff.  Keep the mix in the fridge.

You can create green tea mix with aloe vera, coconut oil, lemons honey just blend the mix together and apply the mix to your scalp massaging it in and allowing to sit for 10 minutes before rinsing your hair out.

I hope this is helpful for you
