RETURNS

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once submitted, your return request will be reviewed by the team to see if it falls within the relevant return period. 
  • You will get an email approving or rejecting your return request. If approved, you will be given details on how to send the item back and for UK orders, a second email will be sent with a Collect + label which you can attach to your item (please see associated costs opposite). 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For hair products, should be unused and with their original packaging and/or labelling intact and attached to the product. 
  • Items that don't have the labelling attached to the product will incur a 10% reconditioning charge, which we will notify you of after inspection of your return. If we do not hear back from you within 4 days of contact, we will return the items to you. 

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

All items are inspected before a refund is processed.

Items deemed to be in a poor condition will be returned to you.

If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

Are there any charges for return?

  • YES - UK orders using the Collect + label provided will be deducted £4.95 for the return. Or you can choose an alternative courier to return your items - prices will vary. Royal Mail Tracked Medium parcel costs start at around £5.30. 
  • If sending back to us using your own method, please remember to send your package by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us. 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • International Orders - we recommend that these are returned to us using a tracked service such as DHL Express, UPS or FedEx. 
  • If you took advantage of a promotion including free items (for example, buy X get Y free, or free X with Y) then the free items must also be returned. If you fail to return your free gift you will be charged for the free items that you have received. 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time, if you want a different size, please return your unwanted item and place another order.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
  • Refunds on international returns will include only the amount paid for the products and do not include refunding duties, taxes and fees, this will need to be reclaimed from your local customs office.https://return.clicksit.com/shop/naturesnaturalhaircom

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU Consumer Rights - Statutory Right of Withdrawal

For customers in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. This is your statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g., email to info@naturesnaturalhair.com or letter sent to 26 Woodbank Road, Bromley, London BR1 5HH).

Important Note for EU/UK Customers: The 10% reconditioning charge mentioned in our general returns policy does not apply to customers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal in the EU/UK. Under distance selling regulations, you may return products within the 14-day withdrawal period for a full refund, provided the products are returned in their original condition with seals and labelling intact. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
