Shipping and delivery
Choose the delivery option that suits you at checkout. The estimates below start after dispatch and do not include the time needed to prepare your order.
UK delivery
For orders below £40:
- First Class: £5.70. Estimated delivery: 1–2 days after dispatch.
- Second Class: £3.99. Estimated delivery 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Free standard UK delivery is available on orders of £40 or more. Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Royal Mail Tracked 24
£6.75 per eligible small parcel, with estimated delivery the next working day after dispatch.
This paid upgrade is available for eligible orders, including orders of £40 or more. The configured package-weight limit is 4.4lb, approximately 2kg. Parcels must also meet Royal Mail’s small-parcel size limits.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Available delivery options and the total shipping charge are shown at checkout. Where an order requires more than one package, shipping charges may apply to each package.
Track your order
Your order-status link is included in your order or shipping confirmation email. When tracking is available, follow the carrier link for the latest updates.

If your estimated delivery date has passed or tracking shows a problem, contact us through the guide with your order number and a brief description. Please keep your personal order-status link and payment information private.
International delivery
Available international delivery options and shipping charges are shown at checkout for your delivery address.
Delivery to European Union member states is currently unavailable. We’ll update this page when we resume EU delivery.
International parcels are sent through Royal Mail using DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). We do not collect import duties or import taxes at checkout. If destination customs charges apply, the carrier or customs authority may contact you to arrange payment before delivery
