All orders shipped outside of our primary warehouse location are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Customer Responsibility: You are the importer of record. You are responsible for all import duties, VAT, and local handling fees assessed by your country’s customs office.
Payment: These fees are not collected at checkout. Your local carrier will contact you for payment before the package is delivered.
Threshold: While VAT is collected on orders under £135, the UK government has begun the phased removal of "Duty Relief."
Fees: Small parcels may now be subject to "Administrative Handling Fees" by Royal Mail or couriers (typically £8–£12) in addition to any assessed taxes.
Abolition of €150 Limit: The EU has officially removed the duty-free threshold. All items, regardless of value, are now subject to customs duties.
Flat-Rate Duty: A temporary flat customs duty of €3 per item category now applies to most small parcels to the EU.
HS Codes: We provide mandatory 6-digit HS codes for all items to ensure accurate processing. Vague descriptions may lead to customs rejection.
Personal Import Limit: You are legally limited to 5 international shipments per month. If you exceed this, your order will be seized by customs.
Mandatory ID: You must provide your Turkish ID (TC Kimlik No) or Passport Number at checkout.
High Duties: Expect duties of 30% (from EU) or 60% (Non-EU) on all e-commerce shipments.
For orders to Turkey and Brazil, you must provide your National Tax ID (TC Kimlik No / CPF) in the "Order Notes" or "Tax ID" field at checkout. If this information is missing, customs will automatically reject your package, and shipping fees will not be refunded.
By placing an order, you agree to the following terms regarding customs clearance:
Refusal to Pay: If you refuse to pay the assessed customs duties/VAT and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost AND the return shipping fees charged by the carrier.
Refund Deductions: Any costs incurred by Naturesnaturalhair.com due to your refusal to pay local taxes will be deducted from your final refund. If the return shipping costs exceed the value of the goods, no refund will be issued.
Abandoned Packages: If a package is "Abandoned" by the carrier because duties were not paid, and it cannot be returned to us, no refund will be provided.
Turkey/Global Rejections: We are not responsible for packages rejected by customs because you have exceeded your monthly import limit (Turkey) or provided an incorrect Tax ID.
Items marked as Non-Refundable are ineligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once they have been dispatched for international shipment. Furthermore, refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
5. Incorrect Address: If the shipping information provided by the customer was inaccurate or incomplete.
6. Carrier Abandonment: If the carrier is unable to complete delivery after multiple attempts and the item is abandoned, destroyed or returned back to sender.
We ship worldwide from our warehouse on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means the shipping fee paid at checkout covers only the transit of your package. All local import taxes, customs duties, and carrier handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.
