Costs & Delivery Times

Due to Brexit, there have been some changes in VAT, duties and handling fees for goods destined for the European Union (EU). As of 1 July 2021,
- Customs duties will apply on most shipments valued over €150. This is separate from VAT.
Between 1 January and 1 July 2021 however, goods sent from the UK to consumer customers in the EU can be zero-rated for UK VAT as exports but will be subject to import VAT on arrival in the EU member state where the customer belongs. This may mean that the customer will need to make arrangements to pay the import VAT before they can take delivery of the goods.

Restrictions
The following EU countries have special restrictions on cosmetics arriving in the destination country:
- Spain (no items allowed for private individuals),
- Germany (Paused until further notice)
- Italy (maximum of 4 items and no more than 2 of each item),
- Portugal (private use only)
- Greece (max 3 items)

Duties & VAT are not included at checkout and you will need to pay import Duties & VAT upon delivery of your goods. Additional handling charges may also apply.
Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser and we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
Failure on your part to understand the restrictions in your country will result in your parcels being returned to us. In case of a return in such cases, we will refund the costs of products only (shipping charges will not be refunded) and you may be liable for return shipping fees.
Please contact your local customs office to get all current and relevant information regarding importing goods (including a maximum number of cosmetics allowable, and business or personal use licences where applicable) before placing your order.

RETURNS
In cases where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of the date of delivery of the products. You must notify us within 14 days of delivery and return the product to Nature's Natural Hair before the refund can be issued.
We will examine the returned product and will notify you of and process your refund within a reasonable period and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we confirm to you that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
In cases where the rejection is due to an incorrect order from the Customer or to dissatisfaction (where we are not at fault), the Customer is entitled to a partial refund (full refund of the goods less any postage costs), unless the order is cancelled within the cooling off period, in which case a full refund will be given. However, the Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to Nature's Natural Hair. Goods must be returned to Nature's Natural Hair before the partial refund can be issued.
Where you wish to return a Product you must post them back to Nature's Natural Hair. Where you are returning products under defect, discrepancy or miss-description, then we will pay the costs of postage or collection.
For products returned to us by courier due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the customer or failure to collect the parcel, we will issue a refund for the cost of the products only. In these cases, unfortunately, Nature's Natural Hair will not pay any costs incurred for re-shipping an order. Any costs for re-shipping will have to be paid for by the customer. We do not offer any refunds on clearance or sale items.

REFUNDS
If a refund is for any damaged or lost parcels, the refund will not take place before the shippers provide us with their feedback on the investigation. If a refund is based on a faulty product which covers a manufacturer's warranty, the refund will not take place before getting feedback from the manufacturers.
If you do not return the goods within 14 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order at the price set out on the website. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the items and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. We cannot be responsible for any loss of any item(s) you have chosen to send. Please note that we can only refund the postage costs for returning an item where:
* We sent you the wrong item or the item is damaged or faulty
* Where you are returning a substitute or replacement item which you do not want to keep.
All refunds will be issued to the original credit or debit card used to make your order, just to advise you that it will take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
DISCOUNT CODE
Nature's Natural Hair will be posting promotional codes on our website from time to time including emails and newsletters. We do not use any third-party services to promote discounts.
You can only use this code once at the checkout. Promotional offers cannot be used in combination with any other offers.
Coupon codes are limited to one per customer per purchase can can only be used on full-price items. Nature's Natural Hair reserves the right to refuse or alter any coupon or promotion at its discretion.
