DELIVERY & RETURNS
All orders will be delivered using the service as detailed here at the time of ordering. Natures Natural Hair has the right to fluctuate any prices in proportion with its costs for shipping. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect. Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
DELIVERING YOUR ORDER
All orders will be delivered using the services as detailed. Natures Natural Hair has the right to fluctuate prices in proportion to the cost of shipping goods. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail and Yodel.
We normally expect to dispatch orders within 2 working days, however in the run up to really busy periods like Black Friday and Christmas, we may take up to 3 days to dispatch your order due to the high volumes.
Please note, we do not dispatch orders on bank holidays.
Delivery times quoted are our best estimates of the service offered by our shippers and start from the date of dispatch and we shall not be held liable for any consequential loss or damage resulting from failure to meet these times.
We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address, delivery to any safe place you have requested either in writing to us or to the shipper; or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.
Once order has been placed you will receive your shipping confirmation via email if supplied and SMS. You will be able to track your package using the link in your email or SMS message. Please note that it is the responsibility of the recipents to monitor the progress of their parcel with their tracking number as we do not have the resources to do so.
If you have not received your tracking number within 48 hours of your shipment, please email us so we can obtain that for you.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can keep track of your order as soon as it leaves our warehouse by clicking on the tracking link within your shipping confirmation email.
You will receive your shipping confirmation via email (and SMS if applicable) once we have processed your shipment. You should be able to track your package using the link in your email.
Once the shipper has picked up the days collection you will receive tracking updates at every scan point.
Please note that it is the recipients responsibility to monitor the progress of their parcel with their tracking number as we do not have the resources to do so.
To ship within Europe prices from £8.74 and takes 2-4 days dependant on your location in Europe.
* Please note that delivery timescales outside the UK cannot be guaranteed. Customs clearing can take a considerable amount of time.
Although due to the low cost of the box, customs and import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be in advance. We advise you to contact your local customs office for your countries current charges.
In cases where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of the date of delivery of the products. You must notify us within 14 days of delivery and return the product to Natures Natural Hair before the refund can be issued.
We will examine the returned product and will notify you of and process your refund within a reasonable period of time and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we confirm to you that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
In cases where the rejection is due to an incorrect order from the Customer or to dissatisfaction (where we are not at fault), the Customer is entitled to a partial refund (full refund of the goods less any postage costs), unless the order is cancelled within the cooling off period, in which case a full refund will be given. However, the Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to Natures Natural Hair. Goods must be returned to Natures Natural Hair before the partial refund can be issued.
Where you wish to return a Product you must post them back to Natures Natural Hair. Where you are returning products pursuant to defect, discrepancy or miss-description, then we will pay the costs of postage or collection.
For products returned to us by courier due to incorrect delivery address supplied by the customer or there is failure to collect the parcel, we will issue a refund for the cost of products only. In these cases, unfortunately Natures Natural Hair will not pay any costs incurred for re-shipping an order. Any costs for re-shipping will have to be paid for by the customer. We do not offer any refunds on clearance or sale items.

If a refund is for any damaged or lost parcels, the refund will not take place before the shippers provide us their feedback of the investigation. If a refund is based on a faulty product which covers a manufacturer's warranty, the refund will not take place before getting a feedback from the manufacturers.
If you do not return the goods within 14 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order at the price set out on the website. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the items and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. We cannot be responsible for any loss for any item(s) you have chosen to send. Please note that we can only refund the postage costs for returning an item where:
* We sent you the wrong item, or the item is damaged or faulty
* Where you are returning a substitute or replacement item which you do not want to keep .
All refunds will be issued to the original credit or debit card used to make you order, just to advise you that it will take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Natures Natural Hair will be posting promotional codes on our website from time to time including emails and newsletters. We do not use any third party services to promote discounts.
You can only use this code once at the checkout. Promotional offer cannot be used in combination with any other offers.
Coupon codes are limited to one per customer per purchase can can only be used on full price item. Natures Natural Hair reserves the right to refuse or alter any coupon or promotion at its discretion.
