COVID-19 UPDATE

PICKING YOUR ORDER

Our team is working as quickly and safely as possible to get your order to you. Deliveries may take up to a week to arrive, we appreciate your continued patience at this time.

GENERAL TERMS

All orders will be delivered using the service as detailed here at the time of ordering.  Natures Natural Hair has the right to fluctuate any prices in proportion with its costs for shipping.  Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail or Parcel Force.

When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.  Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

DELIVERING YOUR ORDER

Our carrier is taking precautionary measures to ensure the safety of their drivers and our customers by operating a contact-free delivery free delivery so you won't be required to sign for any parcel that's delivered. 

We normally expect to dispatch orders within 2 working days, however in the run up to really busy periods like Black Friday and Christmas, we may take up to 3 days to dispatch your order due to the high volumes.

Please note, we do not dispatch orders on the weekends and bank holidays.

Delivery times quoted are our best estimates of the service offered by our shippers and start from the date of dispatch and we shall not be held liable for any consequential loss or damage resulting from failure to meet these times.

We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address, delivery to any safe place you have requested either in writing to us or to the shipper; or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.

Please note: WE DO OFFER A NEXT DAY SERVICE ITEMS WILL BE EXPECTED BY 4 PM UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE DUE TO COVID-19

Standard Tracked Delivery ( Royal Mail) -£3.99 FREE on orders over £100

Next Day Delivery Tracked ( Royal Mail)  £8.95

- End to end tracking and Signature on delivery

- The item to arrive next day

- Delivery time for now up to 4pm

 

1st Class Signed for ( Royal Mail) - 1-2 Working Days £4.20

- Aims to deliver your item the next day

- Includes proof of delivery and signature from recipient

- You can view proof of delivery and signature online royalmail.com/signed

 

2nd Class Signed for ( Royal Mail) - 2-3 Working Days £4.85

- Aims to deliver your item within 2-3 working days

- Includes proof of delivery and signature from recipient

GLOBAL SHIPPING

We would like to inform you that we will continue to deliver your products as quickly and safely as possible, we are facing some challenges in delivering to some countries outside the UK, please see here for more information.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You can keep track of your order as soon as it leaves our warehouse by clicking on the tracking link within your shipping confirmation email. 

You will receive your shipping confirmation via email (and SMS if applicable) once we have processed your shipment.  You should be able to track your package using the link in your email.

Once the shipper has picked up the days collection you will receive tracking updates at every scan point.

Please note that it is the recipient's responsibility to monitor the progress of their parcel with their tracking number as we do not have the resources to do so.

EUROPE

​To ship within Europe prices from £8.74 and takes 2-4 days dependant on your location in Europe.

* Please note that delivery timescales outside the UK cannot be guaranteed. Customs clearing can take a considerable amount of time.

​Although due to the low cost of the box, customs and import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination.  These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.  Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be in advance.  We advise you to contact your local customs office for your countries current charges.
