Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

1. Overview

We ship from the United Kingdom to addresses in the UK and internationally. Shipping costs, delivery times, customs, duties and taxes depend on the destination and the shipping option chosen at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery and customs information.

2. Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).
  • Orders placed on holidays/weekends are processed the next business day.
  • If an item is on backorder, we’ll notify you with an estimated dispatch date.

3. Delivery Methods & Carriers

We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL, UPS, and other reputable carriers, depending on the destination, service level, and parcel size. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight/size, destination and service level. Promotional free-shipping thresholds exclude customs/duties unless explicitly stated.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and charges (duties, VAT/GST, brokerage fees). These charges are not included in our product prices or standard shipping fees and must be paid by you (the customer) directly to your local customs authority or courier.

We provide accurate customs information on every parcel, including product descriptions, HS codes, values, and country of origin.

6. Updates for the United States

Effective August 29, 2025, the long-standing duty-free “de minimis” exemption has been suspended. This means all commercial shipments to the U.S., regardless of value, may be subject to duties and full customs processing. Carriers and postal operators may also apply additional fees. Customers are responsible for paying any such charges on delivery.

7. Updates for Canada

Canada applies duties and GST/HST on many imports. While a CAD $150 threshold exists for some programs, lower thresholds may apply depending on the courier and item type. Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery.

8. UK, EU & Northern Ireland

Shipments from Great Britain to the EU are treated as exports and require customs declarations. Northern Ireland follows separate arrangements under the Windsor Framework. Customers may incur VAT or duties depending on destination rules.

9. Other Destinations

Customs thresholds vary by country. We recommend checking your national customs authority before ordering. Any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees are payable by the recipient upon delivery.

10. Returns, Refused Parcels & Uncollected Items

If a parcel is refused or uncollected, it may be returned to us (if allowed by the carrier). Customers are liable for return shipping and any customs charges unless the return is due to our error.

11. Insurance & Lost Parcels

We recommend tracked & insured shipping for high-value orders. If a tracked parcel is lost or delayed, we’ll assist with carrier claims.

12. Restricted Items

We do not ship prohibited or restricted items. Customers are responsible for ensuring items are legal to import into their country.
